The Ideal Code-Compliant
Swing Door Solution

If you prefer a swing-style landing door, choose the Luxury Flush door that eliminates the potential for safety hazards between the door and the elevator cab gate and meets A.17.1 code.

(1) Door Slab - The door is a heavy-weight slab (1¾") paint-grade finish*

(2) Hall Call - You can optionally add the elevator hall call to the frame rather than installing it on the wall

(3) Exterior Hardware - Add your own matching exterior handle

(4) Drywall Pocket - To create a seamless look, integrated pockets in the included painted aluminum frame accommodate ½" drywall

(5) Hinges - Concealed hinges for a clean look

(6) Color - Low profile, white painted aluminum frame, can be custom painted on site

(7) Interlock - Completely concealed electric Kronenberg interlock, exclusive for North America

(8) Emergency Release - The interior of the door includes a sleek pull-to-open emergency release lever for emergencies

Luxury Flush

FRAME ONLY OPTION

The frame-only option can be used with a contractor-supplied door slab.

Take advantage of the Luxury Frame features and code-compliant design while matching any other door in the home.

STEP files will be provided to be used by a CNC-equipped woodshop to machine the required hardware pockets directly into the slab.

Jig cut-outs are also available to contractors via Savaria dealers upon request.
